Can Fat Cause You Pain?

For many, excess tends to be a cosmetic issue. Aside from aesthetic issues, it can actually be quite dangerous in the long run if you keep that on your body. Excess body fat not only puts extra load on your joints, but also causes excess inflammation in your body. It release pro-inflammatory cyotokines in your body. In layman terms, it releases a lot of bad stuff that damages your body. Chronic body inflammation can lead to insulin resistance, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.

As you can see this is not just a weight issue, its an overall health issue.

What can you do at home?
1. Exercise can certainly help drop fat and pounds along with dietary changes which most of us
know.
2. An antinflammatory diet such as going paleo or mediterannean diet are important
3. Working and taming your stress. Stress wreaks havoc on your body and causes inflammation by
itself as well as predisposes us to poor dietary habits and not wanting to exercise.
