Cold laser therapy

Infrared laser therapy for treatment and healing of bone, ligament, muscle and tendons. Laser therapy reduces pain and inflammation as well as accelerates healing.

Cold Laser Therapy, also known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is the use of therapeutic laser light to provide relief from pain, eliminate swelling and to repair damaged tissues. This procedure is entirely non-invasive and has a wide range of applications ranging from neural muscular skeletal conditions to wound healing and acupuncture treatments. Rather than destroying tissue the way a surgical (or hot) laser does, cold lasers use low intensity light energy to stimulate the cells that they target and encourage healing.

The procedure uses no drugs, no toxins and is non-invasive. During your treatment, Dr. Mian and his staff will make sure you are comfortable in the laser treatment area. The staff will discuss your individual needs and walk you through the lasers settings and what to expect. When the laser is applied to the treatment area, most of you will feel no pain at all. Some patients report a warm sensation.

Here at Neuro Wellness, we proudly offer Theralase technology for our cold laser therapy use. Theralase was founded in 1994 and has since made a name for themselves by providing cutting-edge research in the field of laser therapy.
